| Neal has extensive experience in the automotive industry, and during his career he managed several successful OEM Dealerships in central Canada. Neal moved to Toronto in 2000 and he joined a collaborative marketing company where he managed one of the most successful customer acquisition and retention programs of its kind in Canada. He is noted for his strong business development track record and is currently the company's President and Senior Managing Partner. Under Neal's direction as President, Affinity has worked with several Fortune 500 firms to develop, execute major long term client retention and acquisition programs in both Canada and the US. |


| Cam Cooke - Senior Partner |

| After completing his MBA at the University of Western Ontario, Cam embarked on a career in sales and marketing. He held both Regional and National Sales & Marketing management positions with Norton and BASF Canada prior to moving into the telecommunications arena in 1999. Cam owned and ran a successful teleconferencing business before joining Affinity Management in 2005. |

| Paul is an accomplished marketing and operations professional with 20+ years experience in the automotive industry – both wholesale and retail channels. His track record of positive results has been achieved through fostering a customer focused, team-based environment that strives for continuous improvement. |


| Eleanor Townsley - Executive Assistant |

| Eleanor has over 20 years experience working in Human Resources, Office Administration and Customer service, primarily in the insurance industry. She ran a small recruiting business for over 13 years before joining Affinity Management in 2005 where she acts as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner and manages the administrative functions of the office. |


| Renée Klassen - Customer Accounts Manager |

| Renée has over 15 years experience in the field of customer service. She spent the last 10 years working for a large distribution and manufacturing corporation as an Order Management Analyst, before joining the Affinity team as a Customer Account Manager. With her bilingual skill, she is able to assist our clients in both English and French. |
